Easy spicy nut noodles:
Saute 1 chopped garlic clove, with a teaspoon of chopped ginger in 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil. Add 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce, 1 table spoon brown sugar and a 1/4 cup of Pierre's Spicy Almond or Peanut hot. Stir together adding 1-3 tablespoons of warm water from the noodle pot until you get a nice paste.
Add buckwheat noodles, linguine or other just cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated.
Enjoy. Garnish with grilled shrimp, julienned carrots, cucumbers, chopped scallions, chopped peanuts to taste. Or just eat straight for a simple meal with protein, healthy fat and carbohydrates.
Or even simpler noodles, Pierre likes to just use the spicy peanut from the jar with a couple of tablespoons of warm water and chopped scallions. Instant dinner.
